Liverpool defeated Pep Guardiola’s side 3-1 on Sunday at Anfield.

Forwards

Gerard Deulofeu (LW) – Scored the first goal for the Hornets in the first two minutes and assisted Andre Gray’s goal in the second half.

Jamie Vardy (ST) – Vardy scored the first goal against Arsenal before assisting Maddison’s in the second half.

Willian (RW) – Willian played a big impact in Chelsea’s 2-0 victory against Crystal Palace on Saturday, assisting Tammy Abraham’s opening goal in the second half.

Midfielders

Fabinho (DM) – ​Fabinho superb strike within the first ten minutes gave the Reds the lead.

Fred (CM) – Fred was the Red Devils’ star man as he put in an all-too-rare excellent performance.

James Maddison (CM) – Maddison put in another excellent performance against the Gunners this weekend, contributing to Leicester’s 2-0 victory.

Goalkeeper & Defenders

Ben Foster (GK) – Foster made two special saves against Jamal Lewis and Kenny McLean in the second half.

Ricardo Pereira (RB) – Pereira speed and determination played a crucial part in both goals.

James Tarkowski (CB) – Tarkowski assisted Ashley Barnes’ goal from a corner during the opening stages of the game.

Federico Fernández (CB) – Fernández denied the Cherries again and again, making an impressive nine clearances for his team as Steve Bruce’s side walked away with all three points after going down 1-0 early in the first half. 

Andrew Robertson (LB) – ​Robertson assist for Mohamed Salah’s header was his highlight of the day.
