Man City are currently suspended from the Champions League for the next two seasons meaning that the fifth place team will be awarded the final spot, unless the ban is overturned.

Manchester United might be awarded that spot with Sheffield United missing out on Champions League football by an inch. They are two points off United in the actual table with a game in hand, and victory would send them above the Red Devils.

Wolves and Arsenal would then take the final Europa League spots with Tottenham missing out by the narrowest of margins.

UEFA can only rule over qualification for their own competitions, and while the Premier League may follow suit, the governing body’s decision has no bearing on the title or relegation.
