Liverpool – Manchester United predictions

- Liverpool have gone 52 home league games without defeat.
- Manchester United have lost five away league games this season.
- Liverpool have won their last 12 league games.
- Liverpool haven’t conceded in their last six league games.
Liverpool continue their journey towards winning their first Premier League title. They take on Manchester United who are 27 points behind them in the league. United have only earned 12 points from 11 away games and already lost five.
The question still remains will Liverpool will win the Premier League title or not? They start the weekend 14 points clear at the top and with a game in hand as they host fifth placed Manchester United. Their opponents are the only team to have taken points off the Reds in the Premier League this season. That was back in October and since then Liverpool have won 12 successive league games.
Their stats become more impressive by with six consecutive clean sheets in the league, last conceding against Everton on December 4. Liverpool can put on some impressive performances but then follow them up with disappointing ones. They have won three of their last five league games but Burnley, Newcastle and Norwich are all struggling for form. United lost at Arsenal and also away to Watford making it five league defeats on the road this season. With a negative goal difference for away games, it’s hard to see them doing well against Liverpool.
