How to activate KCB mobile banking

To activate your mobile banking account, follow the steps below:

Switch on your data or enable WiFi

Go to the Google Play Store and search for the KCB mobile banking app and select the one with the KCB logo and download the app then install it on your device.

After installation, open the app for the first time.

Enter the KCB mobile banking number that you used while opening the account for the first time.

Press continue to proceed.

Press *522# pin, and your account will ready for transacting.

How to pay bills using KCB USSD

Dial the numbers, *522#

Choose bill payments option

Go to option 1, and then to paybill

Select biller, which is the person you’re making payments to

Get the account to debit in

Key in the billing number in the form of 1234

Specify the exact amount you need to pay

Select submit and complete the process
