President Uhuru Kenyatta announced that three more Coronavirus (Covid-19) cases had been confirmed in the country.
This brings the total confirmed cases in the country to 28.

The President was a 100% tax relief for all Kenyans earning below Ksh24,000 and a 25% tax relief for other workers.

Uhuru announced and Deputy President William Ruto would take a pay cut of 80% of their salaries.
Cabinet Secretaries, Chief Administrative Secretaries and Principal Secretaries, Uhuru announced, had also agreed to take pay cuts.
Cabinet secretaries and Chief Administrative Secretaries will have their salaries slashed by 30% while Principal Secretaries will take a 20% pay cut.
